This is my motivation letter. A short, accurate summary of what I'd like you to know.

What brought me to advertising?

After experiencing hard production line labor in a dull factory which showed me the lack of sense in routine, after being a policeman which taught me to deal with any kind of people and after working as a counselor for handicapped people which helped me to understand better the human nature, I finally started to do what I always wanted: create.

What can I say about myself?

At work I'm dedicated to my staff, always trying to be a constructive, listening and patient team player. I like organization, people who fight for what they believe is right and I like creative people to get the freedom of having craziest thoughts. But above all, I like ideas which are second to none, able to solve any creative problems or that can hit consumers right in their mind because they go well beyond the boundaries.
It's all about ideas.
On the personal level, I love humor, Italy and its history, and I must say that I have a crave for experimental photography.
Last but not least, people call me Bob!

What about my vision?

My two priorities are to deliver creative effectiveness and creative excellence.
Namely: "Work that works and work that wins".
My ultimate ambition is to be recognized as one of the best Creative with a genuine style and profile.

What do I want?

Opportunities to prove to myself, to advertisers and to the clients that only creative excellence matters. I am seeking creative challenges for international companies which I can help to be recognized even more for the quality of their creative output.
